Both. Many clients self-fund their coaching; others are sponsored by their organization. If your company is supporting the engagement, we can bring your manager or HR partner into the goal-setting process while keeping coaching conversations confidential.

Is this virtual or in-person?

Most coaching sessions are held virtually via secure video. For team engagements and leadership offsites, in-person options may be available depending on timing and location.

Can we customize the 12-week program?

Yes. The 12-week structure is a proven container, but within it, we tailor session focus, cadence where needed, and tools to your role, industry, and goals.

What if I’m not sure coaching is what I need?

The intro call is designed to help you clarify that. If Katrina believes a different kind of support—like therapy, training, or consulting—is more appropriate, she will share that openly and may offer referrals.
